Accept or Decline Account wizard; When run at the end of the New Account wizard, does not refresh the Account record displayed

When the Accept or Decline Account wizard is run at the end of the New Account wizard (when opting to not hold the Account as a "Quote"), the record for the newly created Account is not refreshed, thereby leaving its on-screen status to still appear as a "Quote" rather than an "Open" Account.
