Range Lookup form may auto-exclude items in mobile mode when selecting rows

The Range Lookup form, e.g., looking up Account Managers from the Account Application List report could cause issues on mobile devices.

If the User tapped in the multi-line textbox at the bottom of this form and then tapped a row selector, the row may have turned red indicating a "NOT" row, i.e., a row to exclude.

This was due to the mobile device attempting to auto-capitalise the first letter typed in which in turn registered the Shift key being pressed which is how "NOT" items are included in this form.

A new attribute, autocapitalize=false, has been added to this textbox to minimise the chances of this happening.
