Reinvestment Deposit; Rate Table with tiers is not correctly reflected in the new Interest Rate
When a Deposit is reinvested and the Interest Type is "Rate Table", if that Rate Table has tiers - the new Interest Rate always uses the $0 tier.
Note, this also applies to Deposits using the option to "Fix Interest Rate from Rate Table".
In addition, this also applies where the Deposit is manually re-invested via the Account Close wizard.
