HTML Widgets; Standard Transaction; Payment Details "Lookup" option was not available under some scenarios

The Standard Transaction HTML Widget gives the ability for Payment Details to be entered for "Payment" or "Withdrawal" type Standard Transactions. The "Lookup" button (which allows for defaulting of Payment Details) would only display when adding Standard Transactions to an existing open Account.

This has been expanded to allow the "Lookup" option when creating (or editing) a Quote Account. This now means that the functionality is also supported when launching the Standard Transaction HTML Widget from the New Account HTML Widget.
