Portals; Reset Password email links redirect to Portal's Login page

When an Password Reset link is clicked in an email, the Portal was redirecting to the login page.

A workaround was to paste the URL from the email into the browsers address bar when the Portal login page was displayed.

This only occurred if the Portal was configured to "Force re-sign-in when opening a new browser tab?" on the Authentication page of the Portals form.
