Incoming and Outgoing Communication now available as standalone wizards in finPOWER Connect Cloud
Incoming and Outgoing Communication wizards can now be accessed for Accounts, Account Applications and Clients in finPOWER Connect Cloud. In Desktop, these actions are only available from the Workflow Actions menu and therefore are specific to Workflows.
The wizards are available as Actions, and the Incoming Communication is also available in the Action button strip at the bottom of the window when viewing an Account, Account Application or Client.
This utilises the following recently released HTML Widgets:
- HtmlWidget_IncomingCommunication
- HtmlWidget_OutgoingCommunication
NOTE:
- If launched from this method, the Incoming & Outgoing Communication Logs will not be linked to any Workflow.
- These actions will only be available if licenced for Workflows and the User is able to add Logs.
