HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; Default name does not update when changing Clients

When you set a Client in the New Account HTML Widget, it will default the "Name" when the User reaches the "Name & Details" page further on in the wizard. If the User goes back and changed the Client, and then forward to the "Name & Details" page the default name remained as the original Client.

This has been fixed, and now the default name will update to the new Client.

Note: If the User has overridden the default name it will not automatically update when changing Clients.
