Summary Pages (version 2) may appear unformatted if User or Global Template Folder path is a UNC path

Setting the User or Global Template Folder to a UNC path such as "\\localhost\c$\Program Files (x86)\Intersoft\finPOWERConnect3\Templates" may cause the page to appear unformatted.

It appears that Internet Explorer (on which the .NET Web Browser control used to display HTML pages within finPOWER Connect is based) will not correctly resolve CSS paths formatted like this.
