Send SMS Message wizard (New Messaging Interface); may crash finPOWER Connect

The Process, Send SMS Message wizard, using the New Messaging Interface, may crash finPOWER Connect with the error "Attempting to commit a Transaction where a nested Transaction rolled back.".

This occurs if a Fee is being charged and the Fee fails to charge. For example, if the Entity prevents a transaction dated the date of the SMS Message.

This will now return additional information to the User identifying that the Fee or Log failed to be created.

Note, the Fee and Account, Client etc Log is not created until after the SMS has been sent - therefore the message has technically been sent.
