Log grids; updated deletion warnings/ prompts and associated code

Log grids found on various forms, e.g. Account form, did not consistently provide the same prompts and warnings as deleting from the Log form itself.

In particular it did not warn if there were associated Service Logs.

The following forms have been updated:

• Account
• Account App
• Client
• External Party
• Completely reworked as was not doing many of the checks
• Security Statement
• Security Statement Item
• Task Manager, User Logs page
• Workflow
