Account Applications; deleting Logs may cause an error

In the Account Application form, Logs grid, deleting Logs may cause an "An unhandled exception has occurred. Pk does not exist in collection." error.

This occurs if one of the Logs is from a Client.

You can no longer delete Client Logs directly from the grid.
