Log forms, Audit page; Source field is now resized properly to handle longer text

The Audit page of Log forms has been updated to resize the Source field properly to handle longer text.

This applies to:

• Account Application Log form
• Account Log form
• Client Log form
• Security Statement Log form
• Security Statement Item Log form
• User Log form
