PPSR NZ; PPSR Search; No Security Statement Log created if an Item has not been selected

When performing a PPSR NZ Search, Logs are created to record the search having been performed. These are linked to an Account Application, Client or a Security Statement Item, depending on the entry point of the form and what options had been selected.

However, if a Security Statement had been selected without an item, then no Log was being generated, which is incorrect.

The search process has been updated so that if a Security Statement has been selected in the form, but no Security Item, then a Security Statement Log will be generated with the search details.

Note: If a Security Item has been selected, then this takes priority - in this case, a Security Statement Item Log will be generated without a Security Statement Log.
