Resources; Importing Image; File Type filter now defaults to supported image file types

The "Import Image" button on the Resources form opens a File Open prompt for the User to select an image. Previously, the filter was set to "All Files" which was incorrect. This has been updated to default to the supported Image File Types which at the moment are:

• PNG
• JPEG / JPG
• SVG

The User still has the option to update this to "All Files", but it is no longer the default.
