Changes to Branch Addresses or Contact Methods may not be reflected immediately in Web Services or finPOWER Connect Cloud
When updating a Client that is linked to a Branch or External Party, changes to Addresses or Contact Methods may not be reflected immediately in Web Services or finPOWER Connect Cloud.
For example, updating a Client's address (which is actually the Branch Address), may result in the old Address still appearing on Documents that are generated under Web Services. Even more confusing, this behaviour might now be consistent, e.g., creating the Document a second time may result in the new address being used.
The business layer is now flagged as needing a "Core System Refresh" after making changes to a Branch or External Party Client's Contact and Address details. This will force Web Services to refresh any cached information.
