HTML Widgets; widget.UI.AccountIncomingPaymentDetails and AccountOutgoingPaymentDetails controls now have paymentMethodVisible and paymentMethodReadOnly options

The following HTML Widget controls now have the following options that allow the visibility and read-only state of the Payment Method dropdown to be controlled:

• paymentMethodVisible (true)
• paymentMethodReadOnly (false)

The value in brackets represents the default value.
