Word Documents; updated Last Payment Bookmark logic

When publishing documents they are typically saved as PDF files in the Document Manager before being sent to the Client.

This PDF is important as it is the actual letter sent and might be required in court as evidence.

It is possible to regenerate a document - which creates a new version of the document. However, you should be warned that it might not be an exact copy of the original document created and sent to the Client. For, example, if you have amended the name of the Client since the document was published the amended document will show the current name.

The logic when creating the Last Payment Date and Value bookmarks has been updated to be more consistent with the date of the document.

Previously; the last payment date could be dated after the date of the Document - it was showing the last payment now, rather than at the date of the letter.
