Loan Statement; was incorrectly including Disbursement Adjustment and Reversal transactions

The Loan Statement was incorrectly including Disbursement Adjustment and Reversal transactions when the constant "ShowDisbursements" is False.

This also meant the Opening Balance was incorrect - because the original Disbursement transaction was not included.
