HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; Financial page; Tax Category description may overlap other fields

The Tax Category dropdown, shown for Deposit Accounts on the Financial page of the New Account wizard could overlap its description when the details were being displayed as 2 columns (e.g., Term, Tax Catgegory in the left column and Interest, Interest Rate etc in the right column).

The Tax Category field has had its width reduced since it was sized to accomodate a 10 character code whereas Tax Category codes are limited to 5 characters.

The container for the left-hand column has also been updated to hide overflowing content.

A new "responsive" tweak has been made so that if the window falls to 800px wide, the left and right-hand columns are stacked vertically.
