HTML Widgets; Account Accounting Ledger; Now checks record timestamp before allowing an existing record from being deleted

The Account Accounting Ledger HTML Widget would delete a record, even if the timestamp had changed since loading. This may indicate that the record had been updated by another User, and therefore deleting it without warning is not desirable.

The Widget has been enhanced so if the records timestamp has updated since the Widget was initialised, a warning will be displayed prior to the record being deleted. The User can choose at this point to ignore the warning, and delete anyway or cancel the delete.
