HTML Widgets; Account Standard Transaction wizard; Prevent deleting if the record has been changed

Previously, if an Account Standard Transaction had been updated by another User whilst the Account Standard Transaction wizard HTML Widget was open, it would not alert the user if it was then deleted from the open HTML Widget.

This has been improved so that if the Standard Transaction had been updated in the background, and an attempt to delete the record was made in the HTML Widget, then the User must confirm that they want to delete the recently updated Standard Transaction before it is removed.
