HTML Widgets; "Style to look more like Desktop forms" finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration option; Modals are now styled more like Windows forms

If, under the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, Theme, HTML Widgets page, the option to "Style to look more like Desktop forms" is checked then modal forms are now styled a little more like Windows forms, e.g., no rounded corners, thinner heading etc.

This can be seen in HTML Widgets such as the Account Payment Arrangement, "Add Promise" modal.
