HTML Widgets; New Client wizards (Individual and Organisation); General page could be incorrectly moved past if mandatory fields were empty

The following fields are Mandatory on the "General" page of the New Client HTML Widgets:

• Individual
• Client Type
• Client Group
• Client Manager

• Organisation
• Client Group
• Client Manager

These fields can be hidden behind the "Advanced" option. If these fields were blank and hidden their mandatory status was ignored and the wizard would proceed forward.

This has been fixed, now if mandatory fields are blank and hidden and the User clicks "Next", all "Advanced" fields will show and the first mandatory field which is missing data will be focused.
