HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; Now allows negative interest rates for Deposits

If a Deposit Account Type is configured to allow a negative interest rate then this is now respected by the New Account wizard.

NOTE: This is not a change to the actual widget; it is a change to the widget.UI.AccountFinancial control used within the widget.
