Client Banking Details; Could incorrectly retain not-applicable Payment Details

Under some scenarios, Banking Details fields which were not applicable for the Payment Type could be retained. For Example, if entering Bank Account information and then swapping the Payment Type to "Cash", the Bank Account number, Name and Reference could all be saved against the Client.

This was apparent in the Client Banking Details wizard HTML Widget.

This has been fixed, and now only the appliable fields for the Payment Type are saved.
