Resources; Duplicate Descriptions not allowed

The Resources Admin library incorrectly contains a unique index on the Description field.

This prevents Resources being saved unless the Description is unique, i.e., no other records have the same Description. The following error is given:

Failed to save Resource.

Failed to update record in UpdateQueryBuilder.

A record with this code already exists in the Database.

For existing 3.03 databases, this issue will be addressed in a future 3.04 release (this applies to both upgraded and new databases).

Any new or upgraded databases created with version 3.03.4 or above will not exhibit this issue and the finPOWERConnect.is database which is used as a template for new databases has been updated.
