HTML Widgets; New Account wizards; Client Search window now closed automatically

The "Search Results" window that appears on the right-hand side of the Account Grids on the Clients page of the New Account wizard is now automatically closed in the following situations:

• Double-click row
• Click "+" button
• Click "Add all Selected Clients" button
• Clicking anywhere on the Account Clients grid

NOTE: Clicking in the Client Search field will re-display this form.

The following additional changes have also been made:

• Right-clicking on the Clients grid no longer shows a menu allowing the filter row to be shown and the grid to be exported since this could look confusing, particularly if the Client dropdown was being shown at the time.
