Client; Import may fail if default Tax Category for Client Type does not match Client's Residency status

Importing a Client fails if the default Tax Category for the Client Type does not match the Client's Residency status.

For example, if the Client Type has a default Tax Category that is Resident but the Client's Tax Category is Non-Resident, and therefore the Client is Non-Resident, the following error is reported "Failed to Import Information. Failed to Import XML information. Failed to import Client from XML file. Failed to save Client. Invalid Tax Category 'NR'. Tax Category specified is for a Non-Resident.".
