Summary Pages; Credit Bureau Defaults; Layout of Summary Block updated to support HTML Widgets

The layout of the Credit Bureau Defaults Summary Block on the Status page has been updated to support the use of HTML Widgets. The existing Credit Bureau Default form handled all Default services and the User could navigate through the wizard and select which services they wanted to submit. The Summary Page would only display the services which have had a default loaded. Now, as there is a single HTML Widget per supported Service, multiple buttons are required to open the correct one.

All configured services will always show with review and update / load buttons for each. This requires the User to manually review, update / load defaults per service, however seeing as Finance Companies will typically not have more than one provider this should not be much of an issue.

The option to suspend is only available if no current defaults are loaded for any Service. This can be found underneath all configured Services.

When reviewing, the default behaviour is to only show the History Items which are linked to the service the review button was clicked for. A new button has been added at the bottom of the grid to show History Items for all services.
