New Messaging Interface; fails to send SMS when type not specified

The New Messaging Interface may fail with the message "Failed to send SMS. Recipient Name not specified." where the Type is not specified.

Steps to recreate:

1. Open Process, SMS Message wizard.
2. Leave Type blank.
3. Enter Recipient Name, Phone and Message.
4. Click Next, Finish.

As a workaround, enter the Recipient Name after the Phone Number.
