Portals; Image Resources not always showing when run from within finPOWER Connect
Image type Portal Resources were not always showing when running the Portal from within finPOWER Connect.
This is probably due to security issues with Internet Explorer.
Images are now forced to use a Data URI when running from within finPOWER Connect desktop. This may force larger page sizes but means that testing of Portals is more reliable.
