Portals; Authentication page; Access Denied Message can now be defined for restricted Client Portals

An HTML formatted message can now be defined on the Authentication Page of the Portals form for Client-based Portals.

This will be displayed to the Client if they have been denied access due to either Client Group or User Data Field restrictions which are also defined on this page.

NOTE: This message is only displayed when the Client is attempting to sign in via Web Services and NOT when the Portal is being run or tested from finPOWER Connect desktop.
