Portals; Authentication page; User Data Field can now be specified to restrict Client access to a Portal

The Portals form, Authentication page now allows a User Data Field to be defined that will restrict access to a Client-based Portal.

This should be the name of a Boolean field that is stored on the Client's User Data. If this field does not exist or is not True then the Client will be denied access to the Portal.

NOTE: The Clients User Data must either be set via Script code or via a Parameter Set defined on the Client Group.
