HTML Widgets; widget.UI.Grid; Editor improvements for dropdown lists

The following improvements have been made for editable grid columns:

• Dropdown lists now size their height and wrap their content
• Also, the dropdown now appears below the entire control. Previously, on dropdowns such as Type in Account Payment Arrangement, Overriding Payments grid, the dropdown covered most of the grid input control when a long value such as "Adjustment (Final before Balloon)" was selected
• DBCombo (e.g., Account Role in New Account, Clients grid) and ComboBox (e.g., Type in Account Payment Arrangement, Overriding Payments grid) no longer display a dropdown button when active
• Moving up and down in dropdown lists no longer automatically closes the dropdown
