HTML Widgets; widget.UI.AddressDetails; New captionSuffix option added

A new startup option of "captionSuffix" has been added to the widget.UI.AddressDetails control.

This allows a value other than a colon (the default) to be used to suffix captions (such as City, State etc).

This can be set to a blank string if required so that no suffix is added to the caption.
