Admin libraries can now be imported via Drag and Drop into the User Interface

Exported Admin libraries can now be imported via drag and drop in the following places:

• With the correct Admin library form open, the XML file can be dragged onto the form header to import.
• If displaying the "Shortcuts" pane, the XML file can be dragged here to import.

All existing import rules are applied once the file has been dropped, e.g. overwrite prompts etc.

Files can be dragged from the file system or Outlook.
