Portals form; IDE page "Find in all Files" stops working

The Portals form, IDE page "Find in all Files" does not work again if closed.

To recreate:

• Open a Portal
• Open IDE page
• Click "Find in all Files"
• Close find window
• Click "Find in all Files" again

At this point it shows a grey area where the "Find in all Files" window should be.
