Web Configurations; Documents page was not included in the Information Export / Import

Exporting a Web Configuration excluded the "Documents" page, and in turn meant that these details could not be imported; this has been resolved.

NOTE: Any exported Web Configurations exported prior to this version will need to be exported again, as they will be missing the Document nodes in the XML.
