HTML Widgets; Client Bank Account Change; Incorrect error on initialisation in some instances

The built in HTML Widget "Client Bank Account Change" would, in some instances, return an error stating that the Bank Account selected was incorrect when it was a valid Bank Account for the Client. This has been resolved.
