Client Update Requests; Reduced number of Audit Logs created when Actioned

Previously, if an Update Request for a Client was actioned up to three Audit Logs were created - if "Log" Audit Option was enabled for Contact Addresses and / or Contact Methods.

These were:

  • The first would detail the update (old and new values).
  • The second would detail the new one being added.
  • The third would detail the old one becoming historic.

In a database where Update Requests are commonplace, this could lead to bloating of the Log tables.

The number of logs created has been reduced to two:

  • The first details the new one being added.
  • The second details the old one becoming historic, and now includes what the old value was.
