Payment Arrangement wizard; better highlights where the Balloon Payment is ignored

If a Payment Arrangement means the Loan is paid off before the maturity date the Balloon Payment will not be made.

Whilst the summary page clearly warns "Projected Balloon Payment is $0.00", a change has been made so the Balloon Payment in the "New" column shows "0.00" highlighted in red.
