Branches/ Entities; you can no longer make all records Inactive

Previously it was possible to make all Branches or all Entities Inactive - this is no longer allowed.

This is especially important if not licensed for the Branch or Entity Add-On.

In addition, if not licensed for Branches or Entities and a default Branch or Entity is not found, a warning is shown when opening a database.
