Quick Search; User Summary; Now displays Contact details and actions

The Quick Search Summary for Users now contains a Contact section that displays the User's Phone and Email details and also actions to send Emails, SMS or add a Log.

This same summary is used in finPOWER Connect Cloud.

NOTE: External Users will only see Code and Name for Users that are not in their External Party.
