Account Type; new option to default "Print Advice?" in the Payment Arrangement wizard

When completing a Payment Arrangement for a Loan Account, if there is a Payment Arrangement document defined on the Account Type a "Print advice?" checkbox is shown on the first page of the wizard. This is always checked.

A new option "Default 'Print Advice?' in Payment Arrangement wizard?" has been added to Account Types, Payments page. Unchecking this will default the "Print Advice" checkbox in the wizard as unchecked.
