Equifax (New Zealand) Standard Business Report; updated to version 1.4

The Equifax (New Zealand) Standard Business Report has been updated to implement changes for version 1.4 of the specification.

This includes adding a Default Type, and fixing an issue where the Financial Statements Secured Parties and Collateral were not parsed correctly.
