Credit Enquiry form; updated Drivers Licence and Passport fields

The Credit Enquiry form, Individual page, has been updated to separate Drivers Licence and Passport fields for Australia and New Zealand.

This allows services in the future to check both Australian and New Zealand Drivers Licences and/or Passports at the same time.
