Loan Accounts; added option to round up regular payment

A new option has been added for Fixed Term Loan Accounts in the New Account wizard. The new option will round up the regular payment to the multiple defined.

For example, you can round up the regular payment to whole dollars. Note, the final payment will not be rounded.

This option is defined under Admin, Account Types, Payments page, Payment Options section.
