New Account wizard; Payment Methods dropdown blank
The Payment Methods dropdown list on the "Other Details" page of the New Account wizard may be blank.
This can occur under the following scenario:
- Licenced for Branches Add-On
- More than one Branch exists
- Not licenced for the Entities Add-On
- No Branch default defined under User Preferences, Clients page
In this case when the New Account wizard is opened the Branch field is blank. Selecting a Branch does not update the dropdown list.
A workaround is to select a default Branch under User Preferences.

- DefaultEntityIdResolved
- DefaultEntityPkResolved
- DefaultClientBranchIdResolved
- DefaultClientBranchPkResolved
