New Account wizard; Payment Methods dropdown blank

The Payment Methods dropdown list on the "Other Details" page of the New Account wizard may be blank.

This can occur under the following scenario:

  • Licenced for Branches Add-On
  • More than one Branch exists
  • Not licenced for the Entities Add-On
  • No Branch default defined under User Preferences, Clients page

In this case when the New Account wizard is opened the Branch field is blank. Selecting a Branch does not update the dropdown list.

A workaround is to select a default Branch under User Preferences.

  • DefaultEntityIdResolved
  • DefaultEntityPkResolved
  • DefaultClientBranchIdResolved
  • DefaultClientBranchPkResolved
