finTaxPeriodClose; LoadSuggestedEntity() function added to prepopulate object with suggested Entity

The finTaxPeriodClose Class has been enhanced with the following new function:

• LoadSuggestedEntity()

When called, this function will prepopulate the finTaxPeriodClose object with the first active Entity where the current Tax Period's "To Date" is in the past (i.e. is due to be closed).

This allows custom forms (e.g. HTML Widgets) to default in the same way the form in finPOWER Connect Desktop does.
