Sending Email/SMS; unchecking charge Fee can result in an unhandled exception error

Sending an Email or SMS via the Process menu can result in the following error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

To recreate::

• From the Process menu select Send Email or SMS Message
• Select an External Party and enter Email/ SMS details
• Click Next
• Select an Account that will charge a fee. Make sure Charge Fee? is checked
• Delete the Account, so the Account field is blank and fee information disappears
• Click Next
